Three pedestrians were hurt when scaffolding outside a Chelsea office building collapsed when it was struck by a box truck driver, police said. The driver slammed into the scaffolding on W. 29th St. near Eighth Ave. about 8:15 a.m.

Investigators are still reviewing the Chelsea incident, but video obtained by Gothamist shows the scaffolding collapsed as a box truck parked on the street started to move forward.
